Cooks are responsible for achieving all standards for basic food preparation, cooking and presentation of menu items. Cooks are assigned to a primary outlet but may be required to assist in other outlets when needed or at special events.
The Lead Cook/Cashier is responsible for achieving mastery of skills for all culinary stations within the assigned outlet. The Lead Cook/Cashier monitors preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, while ensuring the efficiency of the line and kitchen operations. Lead Cook/Cashiers are assigned to a primary outlet but may be required to assist in other outlets when needed or at special events.
Responsible for clearing tables, keeping server side stations stocked and cleaned, assisting servers in providing service to guests and meeting guests’ service needs in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
The Player’s Club Representative (Rep) is an Excellence in Guest Service ambassador for JRCR. The mission, responsibilities and accountability of the Player’s Club Rep pertain to professionalism, positive/friendly interaction and compatibility with external/internal guests at all times. Competency in relation to verbal and non-verbal communication skills is mandatory in this highly visible position. The Player’s Club Rep maintains the highest level of propriety in relation to company and department standards. These include honesty, integrity, ethical, loyal, personal and business traits that must be exhibited on a daily basis. Lastly, the Player’s Club Rep is expected to make decisions in time appropriate manner. These decisions impact the Players Club and JRCR in general in an effort to build loyalty to brand with each and every guest we come in contact with.
The Main Banker records transactions in the casino computer program and processes all disbursements and receipts of monies to or from the Casino Cage and/or Vault. The Main Banker issues operating banks and processes return banks from all cash handling outlets as well as issue Slot Jackpot payouts and Table Games chip fills. Will also work as a Cage Cashier as needed.
The Sales Assistant will perform cash handling/sales transactions in the (Retail) Gift Shop.
The Security Officer is responsible for understanding and complying with Company and Security department policies and procedures. Under direction from the Security Shift Supervisor and Shift Manager performs the following essential duties and other duties as assigned.
Qualified individual will maintain JRCH buildings and surrounding facilities in an orderly condition by performing the following duties while providing customer service to JRCH internal and external guests. Casino Facilities team members will complete all daily work assigned by following the direction of the supervision team and understanding and following the departmental policies and procedures. This will be achieved by arriving at the assigned work area prepared to begin the assigned shift on time and with all necessary tools and information. The Casino Facilities team member will acknowledge that communication is the responsibility of both the management team and themselves and therefore will communicate to management on a daily basis any needs or questions.
The Telecommunications Engineer assists with supporting the activities of the Telecommunications department to ensure that all ITS needs of Jackson Rancheria and the Tribe are met.
The Sales Assistant will perform a combination of cash handling/ register sales, food preparation, stocking and deep cleaning of all areas of the General Store to include the kitchen.
The Teacher I is responsible for the supervision of children in a child care setting and assisting and implementing classroom programs. They oversee the classroom needs as well as openly communicate with management and fellow employees. The Teacher I assists the children with learning techniques and ensures the overall health and safety of the children in the classroom.
The Gas Station Maintenance Attendant performs duties associated with attending to and maintaining the inside and outside areas of the General Store.
The Cashier/Host is responsible for providing pleasant, prompt and efficient guest service while seating guests in restaurants, taking and preparing orders, and processing payment transactions.
Cleans and organizes individual guestrooms and units daily, including the lobby and public facilities (such as lobby restrooms, telephone areas, the front desk, and offices) to ensure they are kept in a neat and clean condition Responsible for implementing laundry procedures to operate the laundry department in a cost effective and efficient manner.
The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to in house Legal Counsel.
Receives, checks in, and inspects incoming items; confirms quality and quantity of items; verifies products with purchase order, and distributes to recipients.
Responsible for various administrative duties within the Human Resources Department. Maintenance of employee personnel files, terminations, general filing, system data entry, verification and reporting. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Other games may be required in the future.
