The Kitchen Stewards primary responsibilities include the functions of deep cleaning all kitchens on JRCR property. Kitchen Stewards will complete all daily work assigned by following the direction of their supervisory team and understanding and following the departmental policies and procedures.

The Main Banker records transactions in the casino computer program and processes all disbursements and receipts of monies to or from the Casino Cage and/or Vault. The Main Banker issues operating banks and processes return banks from all cash handling outlets as well as issue Slot Jackpot payouts and Table Games chip fills. Will also work as a Cage Cashier as needed.

Ensure and uphold the Defense-in-Depth (DiD) strategy in protecting the confidentiality, integrity, availability and the adherence to regulation compliance. Deals the following games: Blackjack (single deck, double deck, and six deck, Spanish 21), Pai Gow Variants, 6 Card Fortune Pai Gow, 3 Card Poker, 4 Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, DJ Wild & 3 Card Blitz.
