The Guest Service Agent will help create a positive guest experience by determining the individual needs of our guests and matching it with relevant Jackson Rancheria products and services. This is done by the top-quality handling of telephone calls, answering questions about the Jackson Rancheria, booking reservations, processing payments, mailing documents and various other daily office duties. The Guest Service Agent represents the Hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's contact with the hotel.
The Security Officer is responsible for understanding and complying with Company and Security department policies and procedures. Under direction from the Security Shift Supervisor and Shift Manager performs the following essential duties and other duties as assigned.
The Dishwashers duties consist of proper cleaning of dishes and kitchen items while maintaining the cleanliness of the dish pit area. Dishwashers will also perform food preparation duties when directed by supervisors.
Bar Backs are responsible for the stocking, maintenance and cleanliness of beverage stations, bars, lounges and equipment in accordance with company standards.
The Cashier/Host is responsible for providing pleasant, prompt and efficient guest service while seating guests in restaurants, taking and preparing orders, and processing payment transactions.
The Heavy Duty Technician repairs, assesses malfunctions, rebuilds and performs maintenance on light and heavy duty vehicles, construction equipment and mechanical equipment.
Responsible for clearing tables, keeping server side stations stocked and cleaned, assisting servers in providing service to guests and meeting guests’ service needs in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
The Count Room Clerk shift is 2:45am until the end of processing each day, typically between 9:00am and 11:00am.
The Count Room Clerk counts and verifies funds from slot machines, table games and ticket redemption machines.
Revenue Auditors gather system reports and data and verify that all required paperwork is dropped to enable the proper recording of revenue. Ensure compliance with company policy & procedures, Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
The Sales Assistant will perform a combination of cash handling/ register sales, food preparation, stocking and deep cleaning of all areas of the General Store to include the kitchen.
The Executive Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic planning, direction, and implementation of all marketing efforts for the property. This includes database management, advertising, media, promotions, players club, and player development. The role ensures that all marketing strategies align with the brand’s objectives and uphold Jackson Rancheria’s values and culture. This position will establish, execute, and monitor marketing procedures, budgets, goals, and objectives to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experience.
Qualified individual will maintain JRCH buildings and surrounding facilities in an orderly condition by performing the following duties while providing customer service to JRCH internal and external guests. Casino Facilities team members will complete all daily work assigned by following the direction of the supervision team and understanding and following the departmental policies and procedures. This will be achieved by arriving at the assigned work area prepared to begin the assigned shift on time and with all necessary tools and information. The Casino Facilities team member will acknowledge that communication is the responsibility of both the management team and themselves and therefore will communicate to management on a daily basis any needs or questions.
Under the direction of the Surveillance Manager, the Surveillance Technician is responsible for the installation, relocation, repair, and maintenance of networked surveillance video equipment. The Surveillance Technician is also responsible for the configuring/programming of surveillance IP based systems to include analog CCTV equipment, analog encoders, IP cameras, video recording servers, NVRs, wired and wireless alarm installations.
