The Dishwashers duties consist of proper cleaning of dishes and kitchen items while maintaining the cleanliness of the dish pit area. Dishwashers will also perform food preparation duties when directed by supervisors.
Bar Backs are responsible for the stocking, maintenance and cleanliness of beverage stations, bars, lounges and equipment in accordance with company standards.
Under direct supervision of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and/or Food Service Manager, production of all food necessary for the menu and any special functions. Oversees the daily operations of the food outlets to ensure production, conduct, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are met.
The Kitchen Stewards primary responsibilities include the functions of deep cleaning all kitchens on JRCR property. Kitchen Stewards will complete all daily work assigned by following the direction of their supervisory team and understanding and following the departmental policies and procedures.
Qualified individual will maintain JRCH buildings and surrounding facilities in an orderly condition by performing the following duties while providing customer service to JRCH internal and external guests. Casino Facilities team members will complete all daily work assigned by following the direction of the supervision team and understanding and following the departmental policies and procedures. This will be achieved by arriving at the assigned work area prepared to begin the assigned shift on time and with all necessary tools and information. The Casino Facilities team member will acknowledge that communication is the responsibility of both the management team and themselves and therefore will communicate to management on a daily basis any needs or questions.
The Main Banker records transactions in the casino computer program and processes all disbursements and receipts of monies to or from the Casino Cage and/or Vault. The Main Banker issues operating banks and processes return banks from all cash handling outlets as well as issue Slot Jackpot payouts and Table Games chip fills. Will also work as a Cage Cashier as needed.
Responsible for clearing tables, keeping server side stations stocked and cleaned, assisting servers in providing service to guests and meeting guests’ service needs in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
The Revenue Accountant is responsible for properly performing all accounting activities related to the Revenue Audit Department, in accordance with established policies, procedures and controls. Maintains strict confidentiality of privileged information.
The Mercantile Supervisor performs supervisory duties at the General Store as described below.
The Cashier/Host is responsible for providing pleasant, prompt and efficient guest service while seating guests in restaurants, taking and preparing orders, and processing payment transactions.
The Sales Assistant will perform a combination of cash handling/ register sales, food preparation, stocking and deep cleaning of all areas of the General Store to include the kitchen.
The IT Network Engineer provides 24/7 support for the enterprise networking infrastructure, including Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls. Establish and maintain IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks. Monitors network performance to ensure system availability and reliability. Installation, configuration, and administration of various devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and WiFi. Possesses basic knowledge of a Microsoft enterprise environment (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Windows servers, SQL servers, IIS, and other Microsoft products), networking, IT security, storage, VMware, data center technologies, and enterprise-level applications.
Cooks are responsible for achieving all standards for basic food preparation, cooking and presentation of menu items. Cooks are assigned to a primary outlet but may be required to assist in other outlets when needed or at special events.
Perform installation, repair and maintenance of locks, door closures, panic hardware systems and electronic access and locking systems; reset combinations and adjust locks, including coding, key cutting and duplication. Assist with record input, maintenance as well as inventory control.
