Maintains the RV Park grounds, buildings, pools, spas and other assigned areas. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist the RV Park Manager and provide daily direction to the maintenance team by assigning tasks, monitoring work performance, giving feedback, addressing any performance issues and ensuring compliance with job processes, company and department policies.  

• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly, welcoming environment and adhering to Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines.
• Assist guests with RV utilities, propane fills, and cable services.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist in planning, directing, and supervising RV Park maintenance and custodial operations during assigned shifts.
• Delegate tasks to team members clearly and effectively.
• Participate in training, instructing, and evaluating staff; provide feedback and corrective actions when necessary.
• Create and manage work schedules to meet operational needs.
• Prepare and complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to order necessary equipment and supplies.
• Track and maintain equipment warranties and repair schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all park areas including sites, clubhouses, restrooms, kitchens, BBQ areas, laundry facilities, pool and spa areas, recreational areas, dumpster areas and parking lots.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and vacuuming.
• Empty and sanitize trash and recycle receptacles regularly.
• Monitor and maintain pools and spas by testing chemical levels and adding chemicals as needed; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including assembly and minor repairs of furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, equipment and vehicles (including lift trucks) safely and effectively as assigned.
• Operate company vehicles including tow and back trailers as needed.
• Follow lighting charts to change bulbs and maintain fixtures.
• Inspect, monitor, test, and service machinery and equipment including pool equipment; perform lubrication and part replacement as required.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazards promptly.
• Suggest process or equipment improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as operational needs evolve.
• Assist RV Park Manager with operation decisions and front of the house oversight when requested.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Related experience and/or training in the maintenance/custodial field including pool maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Able to obtain and maintain a Certified Pool Operator Certification (Training provided by Jackson Rancheria)
• Ca. Class C Driver’s license required - Must be vehicle insurable through JRCR’s Agent

Pay range: $53,100 - 69,000 per year

 *Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am
