Valet Attendants perform guest service by greeting and welcoming all guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles by performing their duties as required by Company and Departmental Policy and Procedures.
Valet Attendants will follow all safety procedures of Jackson Rancharia Casino and Hotel and the policy and procedures of the Transportation dept.
Valet Attendants must be able to perform Tagging procedures, Driving duties as well as Key Room Monitor duties.
Valet Attendants must be able to operate vehicles with Manual and Automatic Transmissions.
Valet Attendants must perform Guest Services as set by the standards of the Jackson Rancharia Casino and Hotel and of those of the Transportation Services dept.
Valet Attendants must be able to communicate with guest and answer questions on Casino current events.
Valet Attendants are required to maintain a professional appearance and present them always in the manner as described in the Employee Handbook and by the policy and procedures established by the Transportation Services dept.
Valet Attendants are responsible for the safety and security of all guest vehicles’ while under Valet depts. control.
All Valet Attendants will help and maintain cleanliness of all areas of operation.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Required to perform this job:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training.
*Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
This is not a smoke free workplace. Although we employ state-of-the-art air filtration systems, cigarette smoke is in the work environment.
