Rancheria Buffet - This expansive buffet seats 300 and features seven mouthwatering stations, including six live action cooking stations where guests can watch meals being prepared. The Fresh Salad station includes fresh and friendly choices for salad lovers of all types. The woks are moving all the time at the Asian Wok station preparing Asian favorites from all areas. The Mexican station offers traditional Mexican favorites plus the live fire Churrascaria grill with roasting meats on a vertical rotisserie. The American station carvery showcases entrees that vary daily ranging from prime rib to roasted turkey, some smoked to perfection over almond and oak, plus traditional favorites like fried chicken and mashed potatoes. At the Italian station guests can indulge in great seafood, a huge assortment of pastas, and pizzas baked in a brick oven. The Dessert Station offers totally decadent endings for any meal.

Margaret’s Café and Bakery - features a traditional diner atmosphere that includes spacious seating, delicious food and a delectable Bakery that have guests coming back often for their favorites.   • Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food.
  • Maintains all refrigeration and dry storage areas to ensure proper handling and rotation of products.
  • Ensures that their culinary work station is clean and that all food items are properly covered and stored at the end of shift.
  • Follows all recipes, specs, and control procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with health regulations.
  • Assists with guest requests when needed.
  • Helps stock dishes when needed.
  • Assists with storage and proper rotation of food products.
  • Uses dry and liquid measure and scales.
  • Stirs and strains soups and sauces.
  • Maintains a culinary work station when required
  • Performs proper receiving, thawing, and storage in correct location, proportioning prep area sanitation, heating and holding, and re-thermalization (including sauces, soups, salad bar items, lunch, dinner, and produce).
  • Other duties may be assigned.



  • A minimum of six months to two years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of six months to two years of working in a casual/fine dining environment preferred.
  • Relevant vocational or culinary school preferred

*Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
